Kelly's studies are based on Krama Yoga, as well as: Iyengar, Anusara, Dharma Yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha Raja Yoga.

Her passion for teaching is based on understanding the conscious body as well as the philosophy behind this lifestyle. Meditation in movement is key in Kelly's way of sharing yoga especially to inspire you to live in fullness and balance. 

Kelly is a specialist and lover of essential oils and plants and includes them in her practices as a means of access to deeper states of consciousness.

She also host Cacao Ceremonies and shares other healing practices she has learned and cultivated throughout the years. Cocoa is the guide of the heart and when we consume it in a ceremonial dose, it gives us the possibility to connect deeply with our heart and it helps us heal.
